How long does it take for my order to be completed and shipped?

Your order should be shipped within 7-10 business days.


What happens to my points if I return something?

A credit will be returned to your account.

How will my item(s) be shipped?

Your items will be shipped as soon as they are all available. If you have more then one item they may come in separate boxes. However, we may delay shipment to get all item(s) in one box.


What is the average delivery time?

7-10 business days.


Can I transfer points to any other participants?

Points are not transferable.


What is the foodshow premium prize return policy?

Nicholas and Company foodshow premium prize return policy varies depending on the item ordered. Please see the section below that pertains to the item you wish to return. A return authorization number can be provided by a customer service representative via that Contact Us form.

How does the 'Apply to Nicholas and Company Account' Section work?

The "Apply to Nicholas and Company Account' section is where participants can choose to forgo all prizes, and instead apply the points accrued as a savings on the next Nicholas and Company bill the participant receives. To be eligible for this option, the participant cannot have redeemed any prizes in the past and must agree that all future points (during this calender year 2009) will be applied as a credit without any action by the participant.

Apparel

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of original purchase date. Nicholas and Company Foodshow requires original package paperwork and packaging material for all returns.

Please keep all original packaging materials to prevent damage to the items. All packaging paperwork will be necessary in order to process any returns and/or exchanges. A Return Authorization number must be requested and reflected on the return package. Nicholas and Company Foodshow reserves the right to inspect and/or reject any returned goods. Nicholas and Company Foodshow reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 15% of the purchase price.

Automotive

Nicholas and Company Foodshow is currently unable to accept automotive returns.


Baby Items

Baby Items purchased from Nicholas and Company Foodshow, are easily returned within 30 days of receipt. All packaging paperwork will be necessary in order to process any returns and/or exchanges. A Return Authorization number must be requested and reflected on the return package.


Beauty Items

Nicholas and Company Foodshow is currently unable to accept beauty item returns.


Books

Books purchased from Nicholas and Company Foodshow, are easily returned within 30 days of receipt. All packaging paperwork will be necessary in order to process any returns and/or exchanges. A Return Authorization number must be requested and reflected on the return package.


Camera and Photo

Camera and Photo items purchased from Nicholas and Company Foodshow, are easily returned within 30 days of receipt. All packaging paperwork will be necessary in order to process any returns and/or exchanges. A Return Authorization number must be requested and reflected on the return package.


Cell Phones and Phone Items

You may return a cell phone within the first 30 days after delivery. It typically takes up to two weeks to process cell phone returns after they arrive at our returns center. If you haven't received your refund after this period, please contact us so that we can further research the issue.

Returning a cell phone does not automatically cancel the service contract with your carrier. If you are returning a phone for a refund, you will need to contact the carrier directly to cancel your service plan.

Your cellular carrier will still charge you a prorated fee for the time you had the phone and service, including any additional roaming or long-distance fees and for any extra minutes you used. Also, activation fees are generally nonrefundable. For specific answers regarding service-plan cancellations, please contact your carrier directly. Carrier contact information is provided on the packing slip/invoice that is shipped with your cell phone/plan order. All packaging paperwork will be necessary in order to process any returns and/or exchanges. A Return Authorization number must be requested and reflected on the return package.


"Pay As You Go" (Prepaid) Phone Cards

Pay As You Go (or prepaid) phone cards are not returnable, as we have no way to check their value. If the card is defective, we recommend that you contact a local authorized dealer, or the carrier directly.


Computers

Computers purchased from Nicholas and Company Foodshow, which have not been opened, may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Computers purchased from Nicholas and Company Foodshow which have been opened are subject to a 15% restocking fee to be deducted from the total amount the customer is refunded. Computers may not be returned more than 30 days from the date of shipment receipt. All packaging paperwork will be necessary in order to process any returns and/or exchanges. A Return Authorization number must be requested and reflected on the return package.

All computers sold by Nicholas and Company Foodshow are supported by the computer's manufacturers. In the unlikely event a computer appears to be defective, customers are directed to contact the customer support networks of the individual computer manufacturer to have it serviced under warranty.


Computer and Video Games

Computer and Video Games purchased from Nicholas and Company Foodshow, are easily returned within 30 days of receipt. All packaging paperwork will be necessary in order to process any returns and/or exchanges. A Return Authorization number must be requested and reflected on the return package. These items must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.


DVD's

DVD's purchased from Nicholas and Company Foodshow, are easily returned within 30 days of receipt. All packaging paperwork will be necessary in order to process any returns and/or exchanges. A Return Authorization number must be requested and reflected on the return package. These items must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.


Electronics

Electronics purchased from Nicholas and Company Foodshow, are easily returned within 30 days of receipt. All packaging paperwork will be necessary in order to process any returns and/or exchanges. A Return Authorization number must be requested and reflected on the return package. These items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. We cannot accept returns of products missing the serial number or UPC; we will not issue refunds for such items.


Food and Gift Baskets

Nicholas and Company Foodshow is currently unable to accept food and gift basket returns.


Health and Personal Care

Most health and personal care items purchased from Nicholas and Company Foodshow, are easily returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment via our online Returns Center. These items must be unopened and in new condition. We cannot accept returns of products that have special shipping restrictions imposed by the U.S. Department of Transportation. All packaging paperwork will be necessary in order to process any returns and/or exchanges. A Return Authorization number must be requested and reflected on the return package.

Make-up may be returned after it has been opened if the color of the product does not meet your expectations.


Jewelry and Accessories

Nicholas and Company Foodshow is currently unable to accept jewelry and accessory item returns.


Kitchen Items and Housewares

For safety reasons, items that use flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned to Nicholas and Company Foodshow. These items will say "This item cannot be returned" on their product detail page. All other items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. All packaging paperwork will be necessary in order to process any returns and/or exchanges. A Return Authorization number must be requested and reflected on the return package. These items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.


Magazines

It's very important to us that you're happy with your magazine subscription purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact the appropriate subscription service provider. In most cases, the magazine subscription can be refunded for any remaining issues. The service provider can also update your address or help with any other concerns you may have.


CDs, music cassettes, and vinyl records

CDs, music cassettes, and vinyl records purchased from Nicholas and Company Foodshow, are easily returned within 30 days of receipt. All packaging paperwork will be necessary in order to process any returns and/or exchanges. A Return Authorization number must be requested and reflected on the return package. These items must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.


Musical Instruments

Musical instruments purchased from Nicholas and Company Foodshow, are easily returned within 30 days of receipt. All packaging paperwork will be necessary in order to process any returns and/or exchanges. A Return Authorization number must be requested and reflected on the return package.


Office Products

Office Products purchased from Nicholas and Company Foodshow, are easily returned within 30 days of receipt.
